Omegon N 150/750 EQ-3 Telescope

Reflector telescope with a parabolic mirror of 150 mm diameter and 750 mm focal length. Eyepiece focuser with a diameter of 1.25". Model suitable for both beginners and advanced users. The short focal length provides a wide field of view, which is an important advantage for observation. This makes it easier to aim the telescope at an object and to track it.

Objective with 150 mm aperture and 750 mm focal length provides bright and sharp images at magnifications from 21x to 300x. The moderate f/5 lens speed ensures even sharpness across the entire field of view. The objective lenses are covered with anti-reflective coatings to enhance contrast and brightness. The stellar range is 12.7 magnitude, which allows for long-range and clear observations. Two Plössl eyepieces are included:

Telescope in the Newtonian system. Its main advantage is the large mirror, which is a key element of the telescope, determining what and how we will observe. This telescope captures about 460 times more light than the human eye in darkness. The size of the mirror also affects optical resolution, which in this model allows for star separation.

The telescope is equipped with an eyepiece focuser compatible with eyepieces of 1.25" diameter. On the focuser's body, there is a standard mount for a illuminated finder.

EQ-3 equatorial mount with micro-movements allows setting the telescope based on an atlas or sky map and smooth movement in the right ascension and declination axis. Proper setting of the mount and alignment with the northern celestial pole enables simple telescope operation.
