The low 15 lm mode is great for moving around at night without causing your eyes to get used to bright light. You can also switch to the medium mode for better viewing comfort. The short burst of full power (1100 lm) turns out to be unexpectedly useful. However, the red light mode is not very practical, as the flashlight shines too brightly then and is tiring for the eyes. Overall, this is a high-quality product worth recommending.
