I have mixed feelings, though these are my first trekking poles. They're a bit flimsy, but since you can fold them to around 65 cm, it's easy to attach them to a backpack without worrying that they will bang around.

Telescopic poles designed for trekking - both in lowland and mountainous terrain. Made of durable 6061 aluminum and equipped with an ergonomic rubber handle with an adjustable strap.
The three-segment design with height adjustment from 66 to 135 cm, allows you to easily adjust the height of the poles to the user's height or the steepness of the approach.
It is worth mentioning the internal anti-shock system, which cushions and absorbs vibrations that occur during hiking, thus protecting the user's joints (it is possible to turn off the shock absorption system).
Another advantage of the model is that the tips can be replaced. The set includes two rubber pads for walking on paved surfaces and two plates for hiking on soft ground, such as a forest path.
Trekking is an activity that comprehensively develops the muscular system and improves fitness. When walking with poles, among other things, the buttocks, thighs, arm muscles, shoulders, chest and abdomen work. Involving such a large group of muscles has a positive effect on the physical fitness of the body.

These are very good poles at an attractive price – maybe not super light, but folding and unfolding them is easy. The shock absorption is especially helpful when descending, and after a year and a half of use, they still work flawlessly. They definitely surpass my poles that were twice as expensive.

I'm learning to use them when walking around the city. They are strong and light. I replaced the straps because the original ones were too stiff and uncomfortable.

The poles are very good, especially for this price. They won't be suitable for very tall people, but anyone up to 185 cm tall will be satisfied. The shock absorption works great.
