Telescopic poles work well both during hikes and as a mast for a tarp. They are not expensive, and in my case, they turned out to be useful - I can easily recommend them.

Telescopic poles designed for Nordic walking. Made of durable 6061 aluminum and equipped with an ergonomic handle with an adjustable strap. The three-segment design with height adjustment from 67 to 135 cm, allows you to easily adjust the height of the poles to the user's height or the steepness of the approach.
The NW106 has an internal anti-shock system that cushions and absorbs vibrations that occur during hiking, thus protecting the user's joints. The model also has the advantage of interchangeable tips.
The set includes two rubber pads for walking on asphalt and two plates for hiking on soft ground. A reflective sticker on the poles makes evening walks safer.
