The elastic waistband equipped with a drawcord provides easy adjustment to fit the wearer's body. Leg width is adjustable with hook-and-loop fasteners. Leg zippers enhance air circulation and simplify access to high footwear. Areas susceptible to damage, like the knees, have been reinforced with an extra layer of fabric.

The trousers are equipped with two flap-covered hip pockets. A zipper secures the fly. Adjustable elastic suspenders provide comfortable wear while maintaining freedom of movement.

Woodland, also referred to as U.S. Woodland or M81, is a traditional camouflage pattern that was introduced to the US Armed Forces in the early 1980s, evolving from the earlier ERDL pattern. It was the primary camouflage used by the US military for more than two decades, up until the end of the first decade of the 21st century.
