Mil-Tec US Ranger BDU Military Pants Woodland

Functional and comfortable cargo pants that reference the style of classic American military pants. Precisely designed and crafted with great attention to detail, they offer high resistance to abrasions and tears. They are made from a fabric that combines strong cotton with elastic polyester.

Adjustable waist drawstrings, wide loops

Both the fly closure and pockets are buttoned. Drawstrings in the waist allow for flexible adjustment to the circumference, and the wide 60 mm loops enable the use of an additional belt. The leg width can be modified using an internal tape at the bottom.

6 spacious pockets

The US Ranger BDU has six pockets:

  • two open side pockets,
  • two back pockets with buttoned flaps,
  • two cargo pockets with buttoned flaps.

Woodland Camouflage

The classic Woodland pattern (also known as US Woodland or M81), introduced to the U.S. Army in the 1980s, was based on the ERDL camouflage. It remained a standard in the U.S. Army for over two decades, until the end of the first decade of the 21st century. The pattern is characterized by large, irregular patches in shades of green, brown, beige, and black, providing effective camouflaging and disrupting properties in forested environments. Its effectiveness and recognizability have led to many variations, used by over 60 military formations worldwide. This pattern has also had a significant impact on pop culture, breaking the military mold and permeating into everyday fashion.

    An interesting, but rather simple model. I consider the thigh pockets a plus, as they have been designed in an aesthetic way. In more expensive versions, the pockets often have Velcro, which tends to look worse over time. In this case, buttons hidden under fabric patches have been used, which looks neat. As a disadvantage, I note the very small capacity of the hip pockets and the generally small number of pockets for pants of this type. In summary, I can recommend this especially to people who previously chose, for example, jeans.
