The canteen is very spacious. After filling, it becomes a bit heavy, which makes it harder to attach and might cause it to fall off, but big plus for the mug (unfortunately, after heating over a campfire, it's hard to clean and gets the case dirty). Leave the canteen open after use to avoid mold.
