Constructed from durable, non-toxic polyurethane, the 1.9-liter canteen features a protective cover with thermal insulation. It also has an external pocket ideal for water purification tablets or other small essentials.

A decent, inexpensive canteen. It serves its purpose, I have no complaints.

The canteen is modeled after the original US Army one, made of durable plastic. Unfortunately, the cover is of poor quality – thin material, metal fastenings, and very bad attachment for the main strap. I doubt the cover would last for several years with regular outdoor use. You can buy a better, used original cover. Even so, I think the product is worth considering, especially if you take advantage of the KSK club discount.

I really like the capacity and shape of this canteen. The cover looks low quality, but at this price, it's hard to expect something better, so overall I rate it as a good investment.
