The cotton used is soft to the touch, lightweight and well ventilated. Its moisture-wicking properties improve comfort even on warmer days. The Rip-Stop weave reinforcement increases the material's resistance to damage and prevents further tearing of the fabric.

9 pockets, D-ring strap

The shorts have 9 practical pockets:

    Shorts are OK, material seems high quality. I had missed that the shorts have a waistband only and no button - but they do have a zipper which seems like an odd design. The pockets are easy to use and functional, but the front pockets look a little odd sewn on to me - not bad craftsmanship, just odd design (again). But I do use them and they are functional, so a solid 4.
