Mil-Tec Mummy 500 g Sleeping Bag - Woodland

A durable sleeping bag in Woodland camouflage, designed in a mummy shape, provides a comfortable sleeping position and freedom of movement at night. Made from high-quality polyester, with a tough outer shell and Hollow Fiber filling.

The usable temperature range for the Mummy sleeping bag is specified according to ISO 23537-1:2022:

• T-comfort: 1 deg. C – the lowest temperature at which a woman can sleep comfortably through the night
• T-limit: -5 deg. C – the minimum temperature at which a man can sleep through the night without feeling discomfort
• T-extreme: -22 deg. C – the lowest possible temperature in which survival in the sleeping bag is possible. This is not recommended for standard use.

The outer shell is made of polyester with a PU coating, effectively protecting against abrasion, mechanical damage, and moisture. The inner lining—a blend of cotton and polyester—offers a pleasant feel against the skin and good breathability. This material combination makes the sleeping bag a great choice for both long trips and relaxed nights outdoors.

Thermal insulation is provided by a double layer of polyester Hollow Fiber with a grammage of 500 g/m2. The material is characterized by low weight and high compressibility. The quilted construction stabilizes the fibers for even heat distribution. The insulation stays fluffy and breathable, allowing proper airflow. Its thermal properties are retained even after getting wet, heavy use, or washing. The filling does not cause allergic reactions, making it suitable for allergy sufferers.

The sleeping bag features a two-way zipper on the right side, covered by a velcro tab. An internal draft tube protects against fabric snagging in the zipper and helps minimize heat loss.

The anatomic hood provides extra thermal protection for the head, and an adjustable drawstring reduces heat loss and improves warmth in low temperatures. A built-in draft collar efficiently blocks cold air from entering the sleeping bag.

Designed with transport and storage in mind. When packed, the sleeping bag measures 45 x 45 x 68 cm and weighs 2000 g, making it easy to carry.

The set includes a practical compression sack with a snap buckle to protect the sleeping bag from dirt and mechanical damage while carrying.

Woodland, also known as US Woodland or M81, is a classic camouflage pattern adopted by the United States military in the early 1980s, based on the earlier ERDL design.
