A practical gadget for winter or muddy days. Putting it on is not a big problem. There is a steel cable under the sole, but its attachment to the synthetic leather strap raises some concerns about durability. Time will tell how long they will last. If the price were lower, I would rate it 10/10.

Military gaiters Mil-Tec - Black work great during winter and rainy autumn. They are waterproof, although I also recommend impregnating them. They are sturdy and look good.

The product matches the description. It fits the leg well. I hope it will work well both during rainy hikes and when walking on dewy grass or in winter snow, protecting pants from getting wet.
