This is more of a toy, but what do you expect for this price. They dont shine much light. I used a couple of them as a nightlight inside the tent for my small kid. You can also attach them to guy lines as to not trip over the lines in the dark.
Chemical lighting functions as a light source that does not need any electrical power. It can shine for 8-12 hours, making it suitable for signaling, marking positions, or lighting up an area.
A plastic casing houses a glass capsule with a chemical compound. When broken, it reacts with a dye in the tube. This chemical reaction causes the lightstick to emit light.
Product features:
- provides illumination without electricity,
- operates for 8-12 hours,
- simple to use,
- comes with a handle for hanging,
- water-resistant,
- generates no heat.
The package contains 10 lightsticks.

Very useful, discreet, lightweight, and hardly takes up any space as a marker. Don’t expect to signal with it, and it’s very difficult to use as a "light"—maybe just for a map up close, but that’s not its main use. Really good as a beacon or zone marker.

Perfect choice for preserving night vision I picked up these red mini glow sticks to go along with the green ones in my car’s emergency kit. While the green sticks are reserved purely for signaling and getting attention, these red ones are great for low-profile lighting. Red light is well-known for being the best option when you need to read a map or check your gear in the dark without ruining your night vision. The entire 10-pack is incredibly compact—with each stick measuring just 4.5 cm—so the bundle easily tucks into a backpack side pocket unnoticed. The manufacturer promises a shelf life of several years for the unopened packaging, so you can confidently leave these in your bag until they are needed. A fantastic, lightweight, and above all, reliable addition to any emergency setup, as you don't have to worry about draining batteries or cold weather affecting battery life.

A compact and reliable light stick for emergencies I bought this 10-pack of mini glow sticks (green) for my car’s emergency kit, just in case it gets dark. Green is the color of light that stands out best to the human eye in the dark. It provides good visibility for signaling, but doesn’t dazzle or blind your own night vision when reading a map or checking your gear. I haven’t personally tested or activated the sticks yet, but I chose them purely for emergency preparedness. At just 4.5 cm long, the entire 10-pack fits very easily into a small pocket of my backpack without taking up unnecessary space. In their unopened protective packaging, the sticks remain usable for years, making them a great “forget-in-the-bag” item. According to the manufacturer, they’re best suited for signaling, communication, navigating in the dark, or close-up reading. An affordable, lightweight, and reliable addition to your car’s emergency kit when you need a dependable signal light without worrying about the batteries running out.

The emergency light sticks are a practical addition to any equipment. They are lightweight, compact, and easy to store, making them ideal for outdoor activities, camping, or as part of an emergency and prepper kit. The workmanship seems reliable and handling is straightforward. What I especially like is that in an emergency, you quickly have a light source available without needing batteries. Overall, a useful product with a very good price-performance ratio.

Miniature lightsticks are great for anglers and also for camping on tent guy lines. The price matches the features. I definitely recommend this product.
-
This is a simple and inexpensive solution for marking lights, short-term signaling, or subtle ambient lighting. The small size increases portability, but compared to regular sticks, the light is weaker and lasts for a shorter time. They work well as a backup and single-use light source, but are not suitable as a primary light for more demanding outdoor activities.
-
These lightsticks are really small, more like a gadget or a toy. They shine quite well, but their size is very small. However, at this price, you shouldn't expect anything spectacular.

Mil-Tec Lightstick Mini 10 pcs. - Blue are small light sticks that are highly visible in the dark and are great for marking various things. Their small size makes them easy to carry and pack. It's an interesting and inexpensive gadget that I can recommend.
-
Very small, glowing sticks. They really are miniature. They are not suitable for lighting the way, but they are great for marking something in the dark. The packaging is compact and can easily be tossed into an organizer.
-
I have several lamps of this type in different colors. The green ones shine quite well for their size. I use them to mark stationary points in the dark. Due to their small size, they are not suitable for lighting the road.
-
I have to admit that I didn't pay attention to their very small size. Even so, the product is fine. Thanks to its small dimensions, it can be easily stored and always kept on hand.
-
When I bought them, I didn't pay attention to the size and was very surprised by how small they are. They are really very small so-called light sticks. I think they will be useful when camping overnight in one place.
-
Miniature, glowing sticks. Really small. They're not suitable for lighting a path, but they're fine for marking something in the dark. The packaging is small, so you can easily toss them into your organizer—they might come in handy.
-
I'd recommend this product more as a curiosity, because its effectiveness is really quite limited. For marking in the field or providing some light, it's only suitable for use on tent guy lines, so they're visible at night, or on a cord by a tarp so you don't trip in the dark.
