For me, this sleeping bag is more like a sleeping bag liner, but it works great in moderately warm weather. I also use it as an extra layer when the temperature drops below 10 degrees.

Honestly, I expected the fleece to be a bit thicker and warmer for this price. Nevertheless, it will be useful to improve the sleeping bag's insulation in spring or to use on its own during warm summer nights.

We used the liner together with a sleeping bag rated for -5 degrees comfort. My 12-year-old daughter slept through the night in a tent at -14 degrees, wearing only merino underwear, without any discomfort or waking up. The liner definitely improved the insulation. I recommend it.

It is compact and makes a positive impression. It will definitely be useful for warmer nights outdoors and also keeps heat well in the car.
