I bought this hat for winter, for work and for the forest, and I must admit that for this price it's an excellent choice. It's warm, fits well on the head, and even in strong wind, it performs very well. I wore it for several hours and my head doesn't sweat like it does in other hats. The material is pleasant to the touch and nothing itches, and when it's cold, I practically wear it every day.

I'm not sure what this hat could be useful for. In the photos, you can see that it consists of a lower part covering the forehead and ears, and a higher part covering the top of the head. The lower layer is smooth, non-breathable polyester, which gets cold in the winter and even warmer in the summer. The upper section has such a thin layer of fleece that I've never seen anything like it—it's hard to tell if it provides any insulation at all. At this price, you can find better military hats, even from Mil-Tec. Unless someone likes having a cold head and sinuses in the winter, then you might consider this purchase.
