The socks are very comfortable, and my feet do not sweat in them. They provide comfort all day long, even on warmer days. They have the right length for high-top shoes. I definitely recommend them.
Mil-Tec CoolMax High Socks - Black
Black long trekking socks crafted from a blend of cotton, Coolmax yarn, and elastane. Designed to enhance comfort during outdoor activities, their material ensures air circulation, elasticity, and efficient moisture wicking.
Coolmax fabric
The primary component of the fabric is Coolmax yarn (63%) blended with cotton (35%), providing effective moisture management and thermal comfort during wear.
With the unique structure of Coolmax fibers, moisture is efficiently moved from the skin's surface to the fabric's outer layer, where it can evaporate. This mechanism enhances ventilation, minimizes the risk of overheating and chafing, and aids in keeping feet dry during vigorous activities.
fit, reinforcements in the toe area, flat seams
A more refined weave in the shin and upper foot area provides a secure fit, translating to improved stability during walks. Extra reinforcements in the toe section boost resistance against mechanical damage and wear.
Featuring flat seams, this model reduces pressure points and the likelihood of irritation, which is particularly beneficial for long hikes and intense activities.
Key features
- Constructed from Coolmax yarn and cotton

Very good socks for long hikes. Your feet don't get sweaty, and the CoolMax material wicks moisture perfectly. They are soft, comfortable, and don't cause blisters. I definitely recommend them.
-
Good socks, good fit, and comfortable. The height is perfect, just above the calf muscle. They seem sturdy; time will tell how they hold up.
-
Looking for long socks, I finally found the right ones on military. The socks are thin, comfortable to wear, and I consider them really solid.
-
These socks are highly recommended! They are made of very soft material and fit the ergonomics of the foot perfectly. I've already bought several pairs of this long version and they are the best long socks for boots so far.
-
The sock stands out for its exceptional softness and has a high cuff. The cushions under the foot guarantee great comfort when walking in shoes. Fabrics used in production ensure good ventilation and even greater comfort of use.
-
The socks stand out for their exceptional softness and long shaft. The inserts on the sole side make walking in trekking shoes very comfortable. The fabrics used improve breathability and wearing comfort.
-
Very nice socks – light, breathable, and comfortable. An additional advantage is the soft layer of material on the soles. The seams are unnoticeable. The socks reach almost to the knee and stretch very well.
-
I already have several pairs of these socks and I'm very satisfied! They are more suitable for mountain trekking than for everyday use. I recommend both this product and the Militaria store!
-
The socks are very comfortable and well-made, reaching just below the knee – exactly what I was looking for for high boots! They're comfortable, quite warm, and work great in tactical boots. They're easy to put on under the knee, well sewn, and dry quickly. I am very satisfied with my purchase and recommend them to others.
-
These socks are excellent, I'm buying them again and they're definitely worth the price. They wear very well, don't get holes, don't have strange odors, and provide good ventilation.
-
I can't express in words how impressed I am with these socks – you won't find better ones at this price. I feel like they are impregnated with some kind of antibacterial substance. In the fall, you can wear them in membrane boots for 2-3 days in about 10 degrees Celsius without discomfort or unpleasant odor.
-
Very tall (up to the knee), elastic, thick, and warm, but at the same time your feet don't sweat in them. Excellent for standing guard for hours, and once I even used one as a scarf – double recommendation :D
-
The socks are long, reaching up to just below the knee, and with a little effort even higher. The color seems a bit too dark for olive, but that's not a problem. I recommend choosing a size one number smaller—I have a size 44, but I received probably a 46, however this small difference shouldn't be an issue. It's better when the socks are well-fitted for long forest trips.

Highly recommend. After buying three pairs of low socks, I went for the high version—this is already my second pair. The color of these socks is olive drab, which is closer to brown than classic olive. The downside is that in the 39-41 package the socks are actually size 42-43 (I wear 41), and it was a similar situation with the black color. I bought them for very large shoes (Demar Caribou PRO snow boots), so the size ultimately fits. For comparison, the low models in size 39-41 are perfect.
