The German GEN.II Large Rucksack is okay for the price. Unfortunately, only 3 stars. The back support could be a bit stiffer. The second problem is that the straps on top of the lid are too short to attach my Defence 4 on top.
A spacious expedition backpack offering a 65-liter capacity, crafted entirely from durable 600D polyester with a PVC coating. The horizontal PALS webbing on the backpack's front and sides enables attachment of gear using the MOLLE system.
The large main compartment features a welt snow collar for gear protection. This compartment is secured with a flap and two straps. Inside, there is a dedicated section suitable for a sleeping mat. Additionally, at the top of the backpack, a pocket houses a rain cover.
Side pockets and a front pocket on the backpack fasten with zippers that include cover strips, ensuring quick access to essential items. Above the front pocket, a velcro panel permits the attachment of emblems or Morale Patches.
A transport grip is positioned at the top, facilitating easy carrying of the backpack. The area directly against the back is lined with soft mesh and padded with 225g/m2 foam. Enhanced carrying comfort is provided by adjustable suspenders cushioned with 270g/m2 foam and a hip belt with an adjustable fit. D-rings on the suspenders allow for the attachment of additional accessories.

Very spacious and comfortable to wear. Despite my short height, it fits well on my back. The additional straps allow you to adjust its position, yet it does not pinch either the shoulders or the hips. An additional advantage is the attached waterproof cover.

A solid and extremely spacious backpack. Excellent value for the price. Thanks to the MOLLE system, you can adapt its features to your needs. The hip belt makes it suitable even for longer trips. I definitely recommend it.

The backpack is very good, it worked perfectly during earning the Military Mountain Badge. It's strong and comfortable. I recommend it. The back is not very stiff, but it is sufficient. It has a lot of adjustments, and the wide hip belt works great.

I have a Mil-tec 36L backpack, but for weekend hiking in the mountains it was too small, so I chose this model. It worked perfectly – the side pockets are very practical, as is the ability to attach additional gear such as a sleeping pad or tent. I definitely recommend it!

The backpack is really spacious and can hold a lot of things. It is comfortable even with a heavier load. It's a great choice for people who need a large backpack at an affordable price. Worth trying.
