Very good rain poncho – I walked 30 km in it in the rain and stayed dry underneath from the rain, although I did get a bit damp from sweat. Overall, though, I would buy it again. It doesn’t let water through and you can see it’s durable.

The standard edition of this rain poncho is crafted from 100% polyester. Its fibers are interwoven into a unique checkered RipStop design, creating a fabric that's both lightweight and remarkably strong and durable.
Additionally treated with a polyurethane coating, the poncho includes a hood with a drawstring for an optimal fit on the head. Metal grommets and snaps line the edges. Perfect for both short jaunts and extended field excursions, it adequately covers an adult and their backpack. In extreme situations, the poncho can be opened and hung up using the provided lines to form a small tent. By connecting it to another poncho of the same type using the snaps, a larger protective space is achieved.
A valuable piece of gear to have readily available not only for wilderness trips but also to keep in the car glove compartment or bicycle pannier.
