I received a pouch that didn't have the loop for attaching. The plus is the rubber bands inside, but in my model, one of them was sewn on the wrong way.

Besides that, there is plenty of free space in the pocket. If needed, you can fit the most important items in it in case you have to leave the evacuation backpack behind.
