I bought the entrenching tool for my trunk, so the quality of the cover doesn't matter to me. I chose the non-folding version to make it stronger and better fitted – and that's exactly how it is. Haven't used it yet, but it looks very solid. The bottom and one side edge are ground, ready for sharpening. The grip is secure and inspires confidence. At this price, it's definitely worth it.

A solid entrenching tool, carefully made, looks durable and is quite heavy. The only downside is the cover, but at this price, you can't complain. Fast shipping as always, I recommend the store and the product.

This is the second entrenching tool in my collection. Very well made, no casting defects. Extra plus for the fast delivery.

Timeless model. For now, it's comparable to the military version. Just needs a bit of sharpening and you can practice throwing at targets, digging a latrine, or making a trench for the tent. I recommend it.
