It requires inflating by mouth and could be a bit wider, but once inflated, it is comfortable, very lightweight, and provides both comfort and warmth. I slept on it at -8°C and did not get cold.

The mat is superior to ordinary camping mats. I used it on a rocky beach and lying on stones was very comfortable. It's worth noting the side clips, which allow several mats to be connected into one unit.
