After a year of use, I am pleasantly surprised by both the solid workmanship and the usefulness of the first aid kit. Even though it can hold quite a lot of medicines, it doesn't feel overloaded. The color, straps for markers or other small items, adjustable sleeve, the option to attach a pocket for scissors with Velcro, as well as the various attachment methods, are also a plus.

A two-piece first aid kit designed to carry and store individual medical equipment. It consists of a support structure for quick and convenient access to the contents, and a rolling bag fastened with elastic loops.
The pouch is equipped with two MOLLE clips, which allow convenient attachment to other pieces of tactical equipment. Loops located at the top and on the right and left sides allow the first aid kit to be threaded through a belt up to 5 cm wide and worn vertically or horizontally .
The front of the support structure features a medical cross patch on a black background and elastic bands. On the front of the carrier bag is a velcro panel, and below it is a patch with information about the purpose and model of the first aid kit.
The interior is divided into two snap-fastening compartments. Elastic loops and strings, as well as side Velcro pockets, allow the inner space of the first aid kit to be well organized.
The first aid kit is sold without contents.

The first aid kit is rather small, more of the smaller models. Its quality is not the highest, but the low price compensates for it. It all depends on expectations – for me, it is satisfactory.

This is already my second purchase of this kind – I use it at work, in the car, and at the shooting range; it works great. Very convenient access to the inside, you can easily operate it with one hand, slide it out of the holder, open it, and take out what you need. There's also an option to attach a tactical tourniquet underneath.

You just need to pull it off the mount with one move, unfold it, and it's immediately ready to use, without unnecessary opening or searching for things. The tactical tourniquet can be attached to the bottom and is then immediately accessible.
