A first aid kit intended for home use – after adding the front pocket on molle, it fits both dressings and home medications. It is comfortable and fast during use, and the quality of workmanship is satisfactory.
The tear-off tactical first aid kit is crafted from robust, damage-resistant polyester. This model features a quick-release tray mechanism for emergencies. Secured to the mounting panel with sturdy velcro, it is fastened with a fastex buckle and a flap with velcro closure.
The first aid kit is enclosed by a two-way zipper, complemented by large pulls with plastic grips, enabling operation even with gloves. Inside, there are compartments, elastic loops, and a separate zippered mesh pocket for organization.
A velcro panel with a medical emblem is located on the front of the tray, alongside PALS webbing for integrating additional MOLLE system accessories. The back also features PALS webbing with snaps, which allows attachment to a belt, tactical vest, or backpack.
Transport is facilitated by a handle and a detachable shoulder strap with D-ring-mounted plastic snap hooks. Easily locating it in urgent situations is aided by a red pull-tape on the transport handle.
This first aid kit is sold empty, without any contents.

Very good, solidly made, and spacious first aid kit. It holds all the accessories I want to always have with me, whether I'm at the shooting range, in the forest, or in the mountains. The material looks durable, and the zippers work without any problems. I definitely recommend it.

Just like its smaller counterpart, the product does its job well. For me, the most important thing is to have THIS in my 'Oh Shit' kit kept in the warehouse. The MOLLE buckles are solid and allow for good attachment of the Velcro panel – I haven't tested yet how it works with a fully packed pocket (I'm waiting for ordered items).

Great, sturdy, and very spacious first aid kit. I managed to fit all the necessary items in it, both for the shooting range, the forest, and the mountains. The material is durable, the whole thing is well sewn, and the zippers work flawlessly. I highly recommend it.

Solid, large model. Finally, I have a first aid kit that can hold more than just a few bandages! I easily fit in the Vera set sold separately by Militaria for 99 PLN, as well as a tactical tourniquet and a few other items. Inside, there are plenty of practical compartments and holders for useful accessories. You can detach the strap to use the kit as a pouch. In my opinion, there are a bit too many fastenings, but because of that, the kit won't open on its own, even when it's fully packed.

I needed a first aid kit for my car, and at the same time I wanted the option to attach it to my backpack with the MOLLE system. I expanded the kit with additional front pockets, making the whole thing very roomy and organized. The Velcro on the back holds the kit very well on the side wall of the trunk. I definitely recommend it.

The first aid kit is of very good quality. The interior is well organized, and the possibility of mounting it in the MOLLE system allows for increased capacity by attaching additional accessories (e.g. scissors, tourniquet). It works not only as a first aid kit, but also as a toiletry bag. The quick release from the main luggage is especially practical, especially when traveling by plane.
-
Spacious and sturdy first aid kit. You can carry it as a separate bag or attach it to other gear using the Molle system—the entire module is fastened with Velcro, so if necessary, you can quickly detach the kit without having to undo Molle straps. The only downside is the fixed buckle with a strap—I don't see any use for it.
-
A solidly made first aid kit with plenty of interior space (thanks to the rubber bands and pockets, it's easy to keep things organized), it works great for a medium-size first aid package. It easily fits the Vera set and the most important medicines.
-
Great first aid kit for those who need a larger model. It fit all the essential items, and there was even a bit of space left over. A big advantage is the number of pockets and straps for organizing, thanks to which the contents are tidy and nothing moves around.

A well-thought-out and spacious first aid kit that I bought for my evacuation kit in my backpack. The pockets make it possible to store gauzes of different sizes without the risk of anything falling out when opening the kit. The rubber loops make it easy to arrange bandages, and the zippered pocket allows for safe storage of small items.

Very solid first aid kit, it fully does its job. Spacious, excellently made and well designed with numerous compartments – I definitely recommend it to everyone. The MOLLE system allows you to attach it to your backpack, and the Velcro mount makes it easy to detach the kit without having to unclip the whole thing.

Great first aid kit—I was surprised that no one had reviewed it yet. It's quite large, but when you need to take more than just a bandage and painkillers, it's perfect. It's solidly made, with lots of pockets and elastic bands for accessories inside, as well as various carrying options—on a belt, over the shoulder, or in a backpack (thanks to Velcro or the Molle system). And that color! I recommend it.
