In my opinion, this pouch is only moderately suitable for carrying a tourniquet, because the elastics inside are too long (they could be half as short), which means that after putting in a CAT7 tourniquet, there is too much slack. However, the pouch itself is well made. I intend to shorten these elastics so they hold the tourniquet more securely.

This pouch is a practical and simple solution for transporting rescue shears together with a tactical tourniquet. It's an uncomplicated idea that does not complicate the construction of the pouch, nor does it increase its size or price. The material and workmanship are of a high level. I recommend both this product and the Military store.

The pouch is solidly made, although it could be a bit bigger – you can still squeeze in a tourniquet (CAT Gen.7 Tactical Tourniquet - black). Standard rescue scissors fit, but the Leatherman Raptor Rescue is too big.

Great gadget, makes life much easier. I'm waiting for a version in olive color ;) It's worth remembering, however, that the medical Leatherman fits practically only in the unfolded option. It's not the cheapest product, but if someone is looking for a convenient solution to carry a tourniquet and scissors – it's really worth considering.

Solidly made, durable, and strong construction. It easily fits a tourniquet, and scissors can be attached to the back. Once everything is attached, it forms a compact unit. The elements are well-fitted inside. The molle system is an excellent solution – its creator deserves a Nobel Prize. The material used is very durable.
