MFH Commander Thermal Jacket - OD Green

Jacket in OD Green prepared for use in cold, windy, and damp surroundings. The construction combines damage-resistant Rip-Stop fabric, lightweight polyester insulation, and a set of adjustable elements that allow the fit to be tailored to the body shape and the clothing layers being worn.

Protection against moisture is provided by the water-resistant fabric finish and water-resistant outer zippers. Sealed seams reduce water penetration at panel connection points, while the quilted lining keeps the insulation in the proper position and supports thermal insulation.

The outer layer is made from 100% nylon in a Rip-Stop weave. The characteristic arrangement of reinforcing fibers reduces the risk of small tears expanding and increases the material's durability during use. The nylon fabric is lightweight, durable, and abrasion-resistant. The smooth surface makes it easier to put the jacket on over an additional layer of clothing.

The jacket is equipped with insulation made from 100% polyester. Synthetic fibers trap warmed air and reduce heat loss during activity in lower temperatures.

The inner side is finished with a polyester quilted lining. The stitching stabilizes the fill and limits its shifting inside the chambers. As a result, the insulation remains evenly distributed across the torso and sleeves.

The jacket's construction limits the penetration of cold gusts of wind and provides basic protection against precipitation. Waterproofness rated at 5000 mm water column allows the model to be used in light rain, drizzle, and snow.

The outer zippers feature a water-resistant finish that limits moisture access to the pockets and the inside of the jacket. An additional barrier is provided by sealed seams. The materials are made without the use of PFAS compounds.

The jacket is equipped with 6 pockets located on the torso, sleeve, and inner side:

• 2 hip pockets fastened with zippers - lined with fleece on one side, allowing hand warming,
• 1 shoulder pocket - fastened with a zipper,
• 1 mesh pocket fastened with a zipper - located on the inner side, intended for carrying documents, a phone, or small accessories.

Closable pockets protect the contents from falling out during movement. Their layout makes it possible to separate equipment according to the way it is used and provide quick access to the most essential items.

The front closure is a two-way zipper. The option to unzip from the top and bottom allows you to regulate ventilation and makes it easier to access equipment carried at the waist. The zipper is complemented by a chin guard.

The sleeve cuffs are adjusted using velcro closures. Their width can be fitted to wrists, gloves, and layers of clothing worn under the jacket. At the bottom there is an elastic drawstring with cord locks. It allows the circumference of the lower edge to be adjusted to the body shape and helps reduce drafts.

The high collar is finished with fleece, which improves comfort against the neck and increases insulation in the upper part of the jacket. Inside the collar there is a concealed, adjustable hood. It can be taken out when additional protection from rain and wind is needed.

A drawstring with cord lock allows the hood circumference to be adjusted to the head and limits its shifting during movement. The collar is also equipped with cord-lock adjustment. It allows its circumference to be adjusted and limits the inflow of cold air from above.

Velcro panels (velcro) measuring approx. 9 x 9 cm are placed on the upper part of the sleeves. They allow the attachment of patches, emblems, and identification markings.
