Light self-inflating mat with integrated pillow, made from high-quality Pongee material. Provides protection against cold and uneven ground.

Thermal insulation coefficient R-Value

The model is characterized by a thermal insulation coefficient of R-Value 3.6, defined in accordance with the ASTM F3340-18 standard. This value determines the level of ground insulation - a higher index means more effective protection against heat loss.

Interpretation of R-Value used in the outdoor industry:

  • 1.0-2.0 - intended for summer (night temperatures above approx. 10 deg. C)
  • 2.1-3.5 - spring-summer-autumn use (approx. 0-10 deg. C)
  • 3.6-5.0 - cooler conditions, near 0 deg. C and negative temperatures to about -5 /-10 deg. C
  • 5.1-7.0 - winter use, temperatures below 0 deg. C
  • above 7.0 - winter conditions with increased insulation requirements.

Thermal comfort depends on the sleeping system (sleeping bag, clothing), type of ground, and individual resistance to cold.

Construction with pongee and soft foam

Mat made from Pongee material, resistant to abrasions and mechanical damages, characterized by high durability. It is filled with soft polyurethane foam with a thickness of 3.8 cm, which automatically expands during unfolding and fills with air. The mat is equipped with an integrated pillow.

Easy inflation and hardness adjustment

A single valve makes handling easier, automatically filling the mat with air upon opening. The valve design ensures tightness and allows for quick air release after use. When folded, the mat has compact dimensions of 16 x 70 cm.

    This is a good mat. It's worth inflating it a bit more, but overall it does its job. It's suitable for people who are 187 cm tall. It could be wider, but for resting outside the city it's completely sufficient. If someone values comfort, it's better to choose a hotel bed. The pillow needs to be filled in the traditional way.

    The mat was bought with a hammock in mind and it worked out great! It's comfortable, has the right length, doesn't slip, perfectly insulates the back, and the right stiffness after inflating makes a comfortable 'bed' in the hammock. Big plus for the pillow – it works best when inflated to 60-70%. The only minor downside is its size when folded – in its cover, it doesn't fit into a 30L backpack, but if folded into a cube, it fits. It probably won't fit into smaller backpacks, so it's worth checking before you buy. Despite this, I wholeheartedly recommend it – the price to quality ratio is great! As always, top-notch order handling!
