After several uses, the gloves become more and more comfortable. Your hands gradually get used to them, and shooting with them becomes more intuitive. They provide great accuracy, and thanks to the special coating, the grip is secure and they fit the hand perfectly. Definitely worth recommending.
Mechanix Precision Pro High-Dexterity Grip Gloves - Covert
Black tactical gloves crafted from robust synthetic leather, perfect for law enforcement, military personnel, and shooting sports enthusiasts.
Padlock coating, touchscreen support
The two-piece palm surface features a substantial anti-slip Padlock coating, improving grip security. A smooth finish on the thumb and index finger enables touchscreen operation, providing optimal dexterity and precision, crucial for trigger control.
TrekDry material, notched ankle and anatomical seams
The gloves feature an upper section crafted from lightweight TrekDry fabric, which molds to the hand's contour while offering superior breathability. With knuckle cutouts designed to enhance finger agility, fluidity in movement during shooting is significantly improved. Anatomical stitching ensures an ideal fit for the hand.
short cuff, Velcro fastening and TPR shield
The short cuff design allows for unrestricted wrist movement. The model features a velcro closure enhanced with a protective layer of thermoplastic rubber (TPR - Thermal Plastic Rubber) to ensure a secure fit. A convenient nylon loop makes storing and transporting the gloves easy.
ANSI/ISEA 105-4XX and EN 388-2121X standard
The gloves comply with the American protective standard ANSI/ISEA 105 at level 4XX in terms of resistance to cutting, abrasion, and puncture, which means:
- 4: abrasion resistance (on a scale from 1 to 6)
- X: cut resistance (on a scale from A1 to A9)
- X: puncture resistance (on a scale from 0 to 5)
The gloves comply with the protective standard EN388 at level 2121X for resistance to mechanical risks, which means:
- 2: abrasion resistance (on a scale of 0–4)
- 1: cut resistance (on a scale of 0–5)
- 2: tear resistance (on a scale of 0–4)
- 1: puncture resistance (on a scale of 0–4)
- X: cut resistance – TDM test (ISO 13997) (on a scale of A–F)
In the ANSI/ISEA 105 standard, abrasion resistance is rated on a scale from 1 to 6 and refers to the number of cycles the material can withstand before wearing out. Cut resistance is classified on a scale from A1 to A9 (from the lowest to the highest level of protection). Puncture resistance is defined on a scale from 0 to 5 and indicates the force required to pierce the surface of the glove with a sharp spike (does not apply to needle punctures).
The scales specified in the EN388 standard define the level of glove protection: a value of 0 indicates no protection, while the highest values (4, 5) indicate the maximum level of resistance.
When testing using the TDM method (ISO 13997), letter designations are used, where A indicates the lowest protection, and F the highest.
The X marking indicates that a given parameter was not tested or is not applicable.

The gloves are comfortable to use and provide a good grip both during gym workouts and when handling weapons manually. The workmanship is solid; they are definitely worth recommending.

Very good tactical gloves! They fit perfectly on my hands (the size matches what was given), and they have a great surface for improved grip – it really helps without losing precision. The Velcro is durable and does not come undone by itself. After a year of using another pair, I haven't noticed any significant signs of wear. Keep in mind that the lack of a cuff allows for more wrist movement, but this might be a downside if you want protection from the cold. I recommend them!

Wonderful and high-quality gloves made from good and durable materials. They are perfect for both combat tasks and field use. Comfortable for ADC, convenient carabiner hooks, and very good grip ability.
-
The gloves are great. They fit tightly to the hands, but thanks to that they are suitable for precise tasks. At first, they seemed too tight, but after a few visits to the shooting range, I found that they fit perfectly. You can easily load a magazine and shoot with them – the feeling on the trigger is, of course, different than without gloves, but still provides good control. The short cuff is a definite advantage. They look very good. They deserve a 5/5 rating.

Mechanix Precision Pro gloves offer excellent grip thanks to the special interior with grip, and the right size provides a sense of precision. The stitching is solid, but color availability is limited. I would gladly buy them in olive drab or taiga green.
-
The gloves are very comfortable, fit perfectly to the hand, and provide a sense of security during use. The size listed in the table matches the actual size, and the promotional price further encourages purchase. I definitely recommend them.
-
The gloves fit perfectly, as if they were tailor-made! The size matches the chart provided. The materials and craftsmanship are of high quality. They are very lightweight, pleasant to the touch, and fit the hand great. They are quite snug, but I think they will stretch a little over time.

Mechanix Precision Pro gloves provide excellent precision and comfort, making them perfect for tasks that require a lot of dexterity and a secure grip. I definitely recommend them!
-
These are probably the most comfortable Mechanix gloves. They are neither too thick nor too thin, and the Padlock coating is very interesting. They will perform well in virtually any conditions. I definitely recommend them!
-
The gloves were purchased specifically for using firearms on cold days. They fit perfectly, cling firmly to every surface, ensuring a secure grip, while being thin enough to allow you to clearly feel both the trigger and other elements. You can also confidently hold the steering wheel while driving, and they do not slip. I will rate durability and resistance to dirt later, but after several shooting sessions and daily use, they remain clean.
-
These are the best gloves I've had so far, and I go through a lot of them. They fit the hand very well, providing really good grip. I suggest buying one size up because the sizing is a bit small.
-
Great gloves – very good feel and grip, they don’t hinder use. I had to get used to the shorter cuffs, but overall I’m very satisfied.
-
The gloves fit my hands very well. They are comfortable, pleasant to the touch, and durable. I use them regularly, twice a week at the shooting range, and they are still in very good condition. The Padlock system works flawlessly.

After receiving the package, everything looks fine. Size M fits the hand well, which meets my expectations for shooting gloves. Time will tell how they'll hold up.
