The product is quite good. You need to use it with appropriate advance timing. The set includes a pouch, which also serves as a cloth. The glasses still fog up, but to a lesser extent. Unfortunately, it does not provide full protection.

Great anti-fog. Foggy goggles stopped being a problem. Even with intense exertion and sweating, the goggles don't fog up. Occasionally, in heavy rain or humidity, fog appears, but it disappears after ventilating the goggles.

I have used it many times and the results have been mixed. Sometimes it works effectively against fogging, other times the fogging comes back quickly. The product isn’t bad, but I expected more consistent results.
