MoG Target FR Long Tactical Gloves - Black
Black gloves with an extended cuff, designed for tactical use. Made from flame-resistant Nomex meta-aramid fabric and goatskin, they protect against flames and contact heat, while the hydrophobic finish limits moisture absorption. The close fit supports precise fingertip feel and freedom of movement, while touchscreen compatibility allows the use of electronic devices without removing the gloves.
Flame-resistant Nomex and goatskin
The back of the gloves and the extended cuff are made from flame-resistant Nomex meta-aramid fabric, which does not melt or drip when exposed to flame. The grip area uses goatskin with a flame-resistant and hydrophobic finish, providing protection against contact heat and a secure grip. The hydrophobic properties of both materials limit moisture absorption, enhancing comfort in changing weather conditions.
The area between the thumb and index finger has been additionally reinforced, increasing the durability of a spot exposed to heavy use. The seams are made with Kevlar thread, improving the strength of the joins. The close fit and ergonomically shaped fingers help maintain dexterity and grip control.
Touchscreen compatibility
The thumb and index finger feature leather that enables touchscreen compatibility without removing the gloves. This solution improves the use of compatible communication devices and electronics during field operations.
Extended cuff and attachment loop
The gloves are equipped with an extended cuff made from flame-resistant meta-aramid fabric, which increases protection for the wrist and lower forearm. An elastic element at the wrist improves fit and helps keep the glove in the proper position. An inner folding leather attachment loop allows the gloves to be clipped to a belt or uniform, making them easier to carry.
Protective standards EN 388 and EN 407
The gloves are classified as PPE category II personal protective equipment. The manufacturer declares compliance with the following standards:
- EN ISO 21420:2020 - general requirements for protective gloves, including ergonomics and material safety
- EN 388:2016+A1:2018 (2111X) - protection against mechanical risks: abrasion (2), Coupe test cut resistance (1), tearing (1), puncture (1); TDM cut resistance was not determined (X)
- EN 407:2020 (41XXXX) - protection against thermal risks: limited flame spread (4) and contact heat (1); the remaining parameters were not determined (X)
The stated protection levels refer to specific standardized tests. The gloves are not intended to protect against a high risk of cuts or punctures.

Kevlar is a synthetic aramid material that has high strength and tensile strength. It was developed by DuPont in the 1960s and is used in the manufacture of protective clothing and tactical equipment, helmets, car tires, and bulletproof clothing. It is used in products that require protection from mechanical damage, including cutting and shooting.
Nomex is an advanced aramid fiber with high resistance to heat, fire and chemicals developed by DuPont. This material is flame retardant - it does not melt when exposed to high temperatures and provides excellent thermal protection. It is mainly used for protective clothing, as well as in the aerospace and automotive industries.
