The pouch works flawlessly. Removing the tourniquet is quick and comfortable, and nothing blocks access. The material looks sturdy, doesn’t pill, and handles constant use well. The Velcro fastening holds well on the belt, doesn’t shift or loosen.
Medical pouch designed to conveniently carry tactical stasis - CAT type hemostatic tourniquet. It is made of abrasion-resistant and tear-resistant Cordura 500D.
The stasis mount is made of a wide elastic band. Thanks to Texcel's Velcro fastener, the stasis is secured from falling out, but also it can be quickly removed. Next to the main pocket there is a smaller one, designed to hold a marker.
The pouch is attached with a double-sided velcro (Velcro) panel adapted to be fixed on the edge of the front panel of the tactical vest. This solution ensures that the stasis will always be within easy reach, while not occupying mounting locations on the vest.

Camouflage MultiCam
MultiCam is a state-of-the-art camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by US company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. Its goal was to create a versatile camouflage pattern that is effective in varied terrain and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colors, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown and beige. As a result, it dynamically adapts to the background, adopting shades of green in forested areas or browns and beiges in desert regions - in Central and Eastern European environments, it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained worldwide recognition and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military or airsoft enthusiasts.
MILITARY is the official distributor of M-Tac.
M-Tac is a Ukrainian brand founded in Kyiv in 2005, which started by producing airsoft accessories. Responding to dynamic changes in the country, the company quickly expanded its product line to include tactical clothing and equipment. M-Tac products are designed for use in the most demanding conditions - they have been tested in the Arctic, on battlefields and during extreme survival expeditions, among others. The production process uses high-end materials from reputable suppliers, such as Polartec®, MultiCam Pattern® and Cordura®. The brand is highly respected among Ukrainian uniformed services and outdoor enthusiasts around the world.

The pouch attached to the belt holds the CAT gen.7 tourniquet well—there's no risk of it falling out. Removing the tourniquet goes smoothly. The build quality is good, nothing is fraying and everything works as it should. At this price, it's definitely worth recommending.

Great quality for this price. Cordura fabric, careful stitching, strong velcro. A very practical accessory, you can use it with a belt, vest, or attach it to other equipment.
-
I am very satisfied with this pouch; I mounted it on the front right of my tactical belt. The CAT7 tourniquet fits easily, although it sticks out a bit, which is actually an advantage in emergency situations because it's easy to quickly remove it.
-
For me, the pouch closed very tightly around the tourniquet. Despite that, it's a great product with extra space for a pen or chemlight. The only drawback is that it can only be opened from one side.
-
Nice pouch, really well made. Big plus for the sturdy velcro, which can be attached both to a vest and – like I did – to a first aid kit in the car.
-
In my opinion, Velcro-mounted pouches on a belt are currently the most practical way of storing equipment – they save space and keep gear always within reach, both for yourself and team members. However, priorities on the belt and vest should be tailored to individual needs.

I bought this pouch as an addition to my RM vest. The whole setup holds well with Velcro, the tourniquet pocket is not too tight, but the CAT7 tourniquet doesn't fit entirely—it sticks out a little, but is well secured from the top. The rubber band for the marker is a bit tight, but it might stretch over time. Recommended.

The tourniquet pouch fits various types of tourniquets without any problem, not just the one described, i.e., generation 3. The Velcro used in the pouch is extremely strong, so unfastening it requires a lot of force and it certainly won’t come undone on its own. The camouflage is made of genuine multicam material from a contract, so I am giving it five stars.
