A medical pouch designed for the comfortable transport of a tactical CAT-type tourniquet. Thanks to the Velcro closure used, it is possible to quickly retrieve the contents.

The pouch is mounted using the MOLLE system, allowing it to be attached in a convenient place on a belt or tactical vest.

Camouflage MultiCam

MultiCam is a modern camouflage pattern created in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. This project aimed to develop a universal camouflage pattern effective in diverse terrains and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern includes seven colors that create gradient transitions between different shades of green, brown, and beige. This allows the pattern to dynamically adapt to the environment, adopting greenish hues in forests or brown and beige in desert areas - in Central and Eastern Europe, it is particularly effective in the fall and in areas with dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained recognition worldwide and is used by numerous military and special units. In 2010, this camouflage was officially adopted by the U.S. Army as the pattern for soldiers in Afghanistan, replacing the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). It is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military enthusiasts and airsoft players.

    The quality of workmanship is high, but I have the impression the design wasn't fully thought out: a CAT tourniquet in its standard folded form barely fits, and the hook-and-loop fasteners connect on just a few millimeters, which isn't much – it would be better to sew the fastener elsewhere or fold the tourniquet differently (unless my item is unusually long).

    Decent pouch, CAT7 fits perfectly. Mounting in the MOLLE system is seamless, in my case on a medical vest. Everything is fine.

    The CAT holds well in it. Thanks to the elastic material, you can easily and quickly remove the tourniquet from the pouch. Also a plus for the solid MOLLE attachment.

    In my opinion, great quality and a good price. It fits perfectly with the tourniquet. You just need to press down a bit harder so the Velcro holds well, but that’s not a problem. It’s actually better because nothing shifts around. The molle system is strong, the straps are new. It also works well on a wider belt, having molle is not necessary. Another advantage is the wide selection of colors. I recommend it.

    The product is generally fine, but the CAT 7 doesn't fit inside once rolled up. The MOLLE attachment doesn't work well on a narrow 45mm belt. I have no complaints about the quality.
