The pouch does its job, useful because I don't like keeping the tourniquet on the straps. The Velcro holds firmly, and there is no trouble removing the tourniquet. In my opinion, it's worth it, and the price is also okay.

Camouflage MultiCam
MultiCam, a cutting-edge camouflage pattern, was developed in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) under the Objective Force Warrior program. The aim was to design a flexible camouflage that works effectively across diverse terrains and shifting environments. The MultiCam pattern is composed of seven colors, featuring gradient transitions among shades of green, brown, and beige. The quality of workmanship is high, but I have the impression the design wasn't fully thought out: a CAT tourniquet in its standard folded form barely fits, and the hook-and-loop fasteners connect on just a few millimeters, which isn't much – it would be better to sew the fastener elsewhere or fold the tourniquet differently (unless my item is unusually long).

Decent pouch, CAT7 fits perfectly. Mounting in the MOLLE system is seamless, in my case on a medical vest. Everything is fine.

The CAT holds well in it. Thanks to the elastic material, you can easily and quickly remove the tourniquet from the pouch. Also a plus for the solid MOLLE attachment.

In my opinion, great quality and a good price. It fits perfectly with the tourniquet. You just need to press down a bit harder so the Velcro holds well, but that’s not a problem. It’s actually better because nothing shifts around. The molle system is strong, the straps are new. It also works well on a wider belt, having molle is not necessary. Another advantage is the wide selection of colors. I recommend it.

The product is generally fine, but the CAT 7 doesn't fit inside once rolled up. The MOLLE attachment doesn't work well on a narrow 45mm belt. I have no complaints about the quality.

Very useful pouch for the tourniquet. The SAM XT tourniquet is easy to place inside. Mounting on the belt is also hassle-free; it stays stable and does not move.
