The cup is smaller than expected. It looks larger in the photos. However, that's not a problem. What I noticed is the screw cap on the carabiner. The cap does not stop when you screw or unscrew it. It turns past its intended position and could loosen on the go, for example when attached to a backpack. While the spring-loaded carabiner closure will likely hold, it's still annoying that the screw cap can keep turning. Maybe I just got a bad unit, but I'm deducting one star for that. M-Tac is still a great company otherwise.

Very good mug, I definitely recommend it to people who drink hot coffee or tea by the campfire or on a stove. Easy to clean, the foldable handle is a great solution, because you can stack the mugs inside each other, which saves space in your backpack. No metallic taste.

A mug like any other, its capacity matches my expectations – I recommend it.
