The cover is really very good. I used it with both the Wisport Sparrow 30 backpack and the Crafter 55. In both cases, it could be adjusted without any trouble, so it fit perfectly.

Rain cover crafted for backpacks with a capacity of up to 20 liters. Provides excellent protection from rain, snow, and mud. Constructed from robust nylon with a polyurethane coating.
An elastic band and two adjustable straps with fastex buckles ensure a secure fit on the backpack. Compact when folded, the cover is easy to store and transport with the included case.

This cover is much better than the ones usually included with backpacks, mainly because it can be secured firmly thanks to the many straps. As a result, the wind doesn’t rip it off and water doesn't get underneath.

It's a pity it doesn’t have a drawstring, as it would be useful. In reality, it doesn’t fit as perfectly as in the picture – not every backpack is rectangular. If someone has a backpack with shoulder straps coming from the top, the cover may slip off and water can get in from above. The pros are the price and the small size after folding, but it’s worth considering buying a waterproof spray, which for a similar price will protect your backpack from rain.
