Light boots in Coyote color with a mid-height upper, combining features of trekking and tactical footwear. The upper is made from damage-resistant split leather and supplemented with mesh inserts ensuring optimal air circulation. Designed for everyday use in warm days. They are great as versatile urban footwear, as well as for short field trips or hiking.

durable construction of polyester and leather

The upper of the M-Tac Shooter Mid boots is made from a combination of polyester, leather, and TPU material. The front and the area around the heel are made from split - a natural material from the lower layer of leather. The rest of the upper consists of breathable polyester mesh and lightweight TPU film. The tightly woven material prevents small elements like sand or stones from entering the shoe, while leather inserts add durability and strength. The lining made of lightweight polyester material increases wearing comfort.

The sole is made from durable rubber and EVA-Phylon foam, providing adequate flexibility and cushioning in difficult terrain. The distinctly outlined tread improves traction on uneven surfaces. Inside the boots, there are soft insoles with a porous structure that provide good cushioning and high comfort during prolonged wear.

The boots are equipped with solid laces, allowing for precise adjustment of the boots to the user's foot. A loop is placed on the back of the upper, facilitating putting on and taking off.

    The shoes are really solid. They work well for walks in the forest and light outdoor outings, but I wouldn't recommend them for mountain trips. The sole turns out to be too soft for rocky surfaces and even walking on gravel was uncomfortable at times. I bought them specifically for a trip to the desert, where they performed excellently. I didn't get any sand inside even once, which is a big plus in such conditions. My feet stayed dry, and the ankle is well supported. I definitely recommend them.

    The shoes fit the foot well, so at this point I consider them a good choice. The maximum lacing does not suit me completely, because I prefer to wear them laced lower. I probably will not test them in all weather conditions, but for spring, summer, and autumn, especially on dry days, they will be suitable for me. I intend to use them for several hours outdoors, in the field, in the meadow, and in the forest, for example during the potato harvest.

    A comfortable shoe right from the start. No break-in required. As long as it stays dry, it is a very good companion. Walking long distances is no problem. The soft sole is an advantage here. Sweat is ventilated well. The shoe has drawbacks in wet conditions: damp grass or rain get through and lead to wet feet. Definitely not suitable for hiking in alpine terrain. The sole is too soft, which significantly reduces safety. A great shoe for long marches in dry weather.

    I’ve already spent one night wearing the shoes, and they performed well. The shoes are very comfortable and keep my feet warm. I can’t yet say whether that will also be the case in the rain. However, I had to send the first pair back because I relied on the size chart and ordered size 41. It said there that the insole length was 27.1 cm. But that cannot be correct. My foot is between 26.5 and 27 cm long, and yet size 41 did not fit. So I sent them back and ordered size 42, which now fits perfectly.

    They look good. Size 39 fits the foot perfectly; when measured flat, the insole is 25 cm and also suits a foot that is not too wide. They have not yet been used in practice. They were treated with a waterproofing product also bought at Militaria, thanks to which water runs off the material.

    I would like to post a correction regarding these shoes. After wearing them for about five hours a day for two days in forests and mountains, they came apart at the side where the rubber is thin. This rubber is easily damaged when in contact with sharp vegetation. Mountainous conditions clearly showed that these shoes are not suitable for mountain trails. Maybe they will work in dry, desert areas. The company advertises them as proven in extreme conditions, but in my opinion, that's not true – they're not suitable for mountainous or heavily forested areas as they get damaged quickly. After purchase, I was pleased and wrote praise, but it turned out to be unrealistic. On the plus side – price and appearance. Unfortunately, they are not suitable for tough conditions, but they might be good for everyday wear. If someone is looking for shoes for service or survival, it's better to invest in Texar Viper or a solid model from this company – tested and durable for five years of use.

    I ordered the shoes yesterday, and they were already with me today. Lightning-fast delivery. The shoes are perfect for warmer days. Thanks to the mesh on the top, your foot won't overheat. Much better and lighter than the Pentagon Hybrid. Additionally, they are comfortable and have a nice color. Highly recommended. Worth their price.
