Very good socks. I already have the shorter version, and I bought these so I wouldn't have to wear long johns. The socks reach almost to the knee, and combined with a longer jacket and warmer pants, they keep you warm even at temperatures up to minus 10-15 degrees. I was concerned they might wear out quickly in the wash, but the 40% merino wool content makes them both warm and durable. Socks with 70-80% wool unfortunately wear out faster during washing. I recommend this model.

It's the first time I bought these M-Tac Polar Merino Long socks in black. They are very long, reaching up to the knee. Pleasant to the touch and keep you warm. They squeeze the calf a bit too tightly, but I think after a few washes they'll fit better. Overall, I'm satisfied and will share additional impressions after longer use.

I already have the shorter M-Tac Polar Merino socks and I'm very satisfied with them. Now I bought the long model to protect my calves during severe frosts. The socks reach almost to the knees and are just as warm and pleasant for the feet, but may be a bit tight for wider calves. Very fast delivery. Thank you and best regards.

These high, warm socks with a blend of Merino wool fit great on the calf and retain heat perfectly. I really liked them and can honestly recommend them.
