Very good vest, the materials used for it are of very high quality. It has a wide range of adjustment, so both slim and larger people can use it. Inserts fit without any problem, but it's better to add trauma pads so the plate holds more securely in the compartment.

The Plate Carrier tactical vest in Ranger Green is crafted from robust 500D Cordura and features ESAPI (USA) standard ballistic cartridge panels on both the front and back, with beveled top corners in size M. This vest is beneficial for military and other uniformed personnel, as well as advanced ASG enthusiasts.
At chest level, the front showcases a Velcro panel for attaching patches or emblems, with laser-cut MOLLE system mountings. PALS webbing on the back and cummerbund facilitates the arrangement of pouches according to user preference.
The front panel also includes an administrative section secured with a waterproof YKK Aqua-Guard zipper. The Gen. II employs a specially designed front panel fully compatible with MOLLE systems, allowing for equipment installation and user customization. The panel is protected from accidental detachment from the base by Velcro and an attachment system using Woojin snap hooks on the mounting straps.
The vest's fit is adjusted through elastic cords concealed under the back panel, and adjustable Velcro straps on the shoulders. Mesh spacers and comfort pads located on the shoulders offer significant comfort and optimal ventilation. An escape grip on the upper back is integrated into Velcro panels for easy vest transport.

This is my first vest and I am very satisfied with it. It's comfortable and solid. I matched it with additional pouches and a dedicated pouch for this model. You can also attach more pouches or cargo pockets on the sides. I highly recommend it.
