Very good vest, the materials used for it are of very high quality. It has a wide range of adjustment, so both slim and larger people can use it. Inserts fit without any problem, but it's better to add trauma pads so the plate holds more securely in the compartment.

The Plate Carrier Tactical Vest in Coyote color is crafted from robust 500D Cordura and features front and rear panels designed for ESAPI (USA) compliant ballistic inserts with beveled upper corners in size M. It is beneficial for military and uniformed services, and also favored by experienced ASG players.
A velcro section for attaching patches or emblems is located on the front at chest height, where MOLLE system attachments have been precision laser-cut. PALS webbing on the back and cummerbund permit arrangement of pouches according to user preference.
The front panel is further outfitted with an administrative compartment secured by a waterproof YKK Aqua-Guard zipper. The Gen. II features a specialized front panel fully compatible with MOLLE systems, allowing for equipment installation and complete user customization. The panel is safeguarded against accidental separation from the base using Velcro and a securing mechanism with Woojin snap hooks situated on the mounting straps.
Elastic cords concealed under the back panel and adjustable Velcro straps on the shoulders ensure the vest is tailored to the body. The spacer mesh and comfort pads on the shoulders provide exceptional comfort and suitable ventilation. An escape handle on Velcro panels at the top of the back facilitates easy transport of the vest.

This is my first vest and I am very satisfied with it. It's comfortable and solid. I matched it with additional pouches and a dedicated pouch for this model. You can also attach more pouches or cargo pockets on the sides. I highly recommend it.

Durable and comfortable plate carrier with many functions and configuration options, providing convenience and effectiveness. The side straps are not elastic, so it's worth keeping in mind – but they can be easily upgraded or modified.
