Panel in MultiCam Black camouflage measuring 345 x 150 mm designed for displaying a patch collection. The construction is intended for mounting on a vehicle's sun visor. The panel's light weight does not affect the usability of the sun visor itself, yet facilitates the organization of transported patches. Wide Velcro surface allows the free arrangement of individual collection elements, and the adjustable mounting system enables adaptation of the panel to most sun visors in passenger cars.
Construction from Cordura, ABS plastic insert
The rear part of the panel is made from durable 500D Cordura and Cordura Squadron material. These fabrics are characterized by high resistance to abrasion, mechanical damage, and prolonged load, making the panel suitable for intensive use. The front part of the construction is covered with Velcro material, enabling quick and stable mounting of patches or accessories with Velcro.
An additional element reinforcing the construction is an internal layer made of ABS plastic. The use of this material increases the panel's stiffness, enhances its durability, and minimizes the risk of deformation during use.
Easy mounting on sun visor, MOLLE system
The panel is equipped with a mounting system based on adjustable Velcro straps and elements compatible with the MOLLE system. This solution allows for quick and stable attachment of the panel to the sun visor without needing additional tools. Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
Cordura Squadron is a thick and durable material consisting of a double layer of laminated Cordura (500D and 1000D). The specific fiber structure provides very good mechanical resistance (to abrasions and tears), high water resistance and durability even in extreme conditions. The material is used in the production of clothing, tactical equipment (e.g. MOLLE systems) and outdoor equipment, and is suitable for laser cutting, which allows precise cutting without fraying.
