M-Tac Modular insert small - 3 sections - Coyote

The insert is well made. I bought a few such accessories for my Helikon backpack along with the Helikon Organizer, which allows for personalizing the backpack according to your own preferences. It's a very good solution. The smaller loops are suitable for a pen, and the larger one for a small flashlight.

The insert holds small items well. Even with intensive use, there’s no risk of the multitool or flashlight getting lost in the backpack. Even after stretching it a lot, the elastic bands keep their shape and tension. I definitely recommend it!

The Velcro is small as stated and, although it looks unimpressive, it holds well. The mounting bands seem a bit too small and stiff. It's enough for a pen or a glow stick for a backpack, but in my opinion, the price is a bit too high.

It takes up very little space, but... The narrow elastics don't fit a fountain pen, and you have to squeeze a pen in by force. The wider elastic is the right size and that's where I keep my stuff now. It's a pity because the product is nice and small, but it just lacks a little to be perfect. Fortunately, the price is low, so it's worth buying to check it out for yourself.

M-Tac 3-section modular insert - Black - As others have noted, the elastic pockets are quite narrow. The thinner ones fit a pen, the wider ones fit a marker, but that's exactly what I wanted. I recommend it :)

Great gadget. The Velcro holds firmly. I attached it to my jacket sleeve and carry, for example, glasses there. You can also store a pen, chemical lights, or a narrow flashlight in it (unfortunately, anything larger than 25 mm won't fit), or a shotgun shell.

The product is of good quality, but its usefulness is average. The larger elastic can hold a thick marker, while the smaller elastics are only suitable for a pen. Putting a tightly rolled disposable glove into the small elastic takes effort, and you can't fit two. It's suitable for a pencil or zipper, but apart from that, it's not very useful. I only have reservations about its practicality – that's one star less.

The loops in this organizer are too narrow. In the larger one, you can maybe store a Bic-type lighter, and the narrower ones only fit a pencil or an AAA battery. Carrying a tactical pen is impossible.

As usual with m-tac, the insert is made aesthetically and from high-quality materials. It’s perfect for carrying my everyday set – a lighter and a small Gerber multitool. At this price, I definitely recommend it.

It works perfectly for such items as a pen, pencil, or flashlight. It's very convenient to use. I can recommend it to everyone with a clear conscience, because it's really worth having.

The insert is carefully made, the Velcro holds tight, and the elastics are durable and flexible. The flashlight, pen, and pencil stay in place and don't move around in the bag.

Solid workmanship. I purchased several of these inserts for the Helikon RAT 1.8 waist bag along with the Helikon Insert Medium Organizer and M-Tac double-section inserts. Thanks to this, you can adapt the waist bag to your own needs. A very practical solution. The smaller loops are great for pens, and the larger one for a small AA flashlight.

A very practical modular insert, I connected it with Velcro to another one – the M-Tac 2-section modular insert from militaria.pl – and made a nice, small organizer for my waist bag for a lighter, pen, flashlight, pocket knife, and mini multitool.

Very helpful during minor repairs and maintenance work.
