Durable Velcro and strong elastic. Added to the first aid kit, it holds dressings perfectly. Normally fits two individual W-type small bandages. After cutting the thread in the middle, you get one loop, which will fit an Israeli bandage or another large bandage.

Good product, although the elastics could be a little longer. I bought it for a first aid kit – it's harder to fit larger items. It’s more suitable for small bandages, a small flashlight, or a thick marker. Once inserted, nothing falls out, and the Velcro holds securely.

The width of the loops greatly limits the use of the product. If the loops were a few millimeters wider, the organizer would be more versatile, allowing you to carry, for example, a standard pepper spray or a larger pocket knife like the Victorinox Soldiers.

The insert is very functional and solid. The Velcro holds firmly, and the two large compartments and strong elastics effectively hold a knife and multitool. Thanks to it, I have order in my bag, and I plan to buy another one to keep everything in its place.

Very durable workmanship. I purchased several of these inserts for the Helikon RAT 1.8 kidney bag, as well as the Helikon Insert Medium Organizer and M-Tac 3-section inserts. They allow you to customize the bag to your own preferences. Great solution.

I agree with the previous opinion — the velcro is very strong. M-Tac performs better than Helikon because the design takes into account the tension of the elastic bands holding the gear and the stresses that occur when the elastic contacts the velcro base. Thanks to the fact that the straps are not directly at the edges of the velcro, but have spacers, the velcro holds strongly at the edges even when the bands are in use. It might seem strange, but having velcro from both brands, I noticed that the M-Tac, when fully loaded, lies flat against the wall, while the Helikon, when loaded, comes off at the bands. It may seem like a detail, but it makes a difference. That's why I recommend M-Tac. Price is also an advantage.

Very nice modular insert – I connected it with Velcro to another one found on militaria.pl, which is the M-Tac 3-section modular insert - Black. Thanks to this I created a practical small organizer for a kidney bag for a lighter, pen, flashlight, pocket knife, and mini multitool.

The product is solidly made with durable elastic bands. It fills the dangler on the plate carrier perfectly.
