I immediately attached it to the first aid kit so it’s obvious at first glance what’s in that pocket. The workmanship is neat, nothing is fraying anywhere, and the hook-and-loop fastener holds like a rock, so I don’t have to worry about losing it somewhere in the bushes. For just a few bucks, it’s a great detail.
The original medical patch was created using Laser Cut technology from 500D Cordura, embellished with a red accent. The emblem is equipped with a one-sided velcro, allowing it to be easily placed on the velcro panel on a uniform, cap, waist bag, or backpack.
Patches with an isosceles cross are used to identify soldiers and military medical personnel. Attached to a first aid kit organizer, they help in quickly locating them in the gear.

MultiCam Camouflage
MultiCam, developed in 2002 by Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs), is a modern camouflage pattern under the Objective Force Warrior program. Its objective was to create a universal masking pattern effective in various terrains and weather conditions. It consists of seven colors that create gradient transitions between green, brown, and beige. This allows the MultiCam pattern to adapt to the environment by taking on greens in forests or browns and beiges in deserts. In Central and Eastern Europe, it performs particularly well in autumn and dry areas. MultiCam has gained international recognition, being used by many members of the armed forces and special units. In 2010, the U.S. Army officially adopted this pattern as the camouflage for soldiers in Afghanistan, replacing the Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). This pattern is also available to civilians, making it a popular choice among military and airsoft enthusiasts.
MILITARY is the official distributor of M-Tac.

As advertised, the fluorescent medical patch is well designed with "no corners" to snag on other gear and properly stitched with no worries for it coming undone. Holds its glow quite well and color wise goes well with UF PRO gear.
-
The product is of very good quality. As someone in service, I definitely recommend this equipment, and my colleagues are also impressed by the glowing cross because — as they themselves noted — in situations where you need to reach for bandages or dressings, it makes it easier to quickly locate the personal first-aid kit.
-
Good-quality patch, sticks very well to my bag and does not get damaged. I got the black/red version, and I will probably buy the black/grey version too.
-
Practical patch that fluoresces and applies thinly. Very practical. I wish there was a 25x25 mm variant in green, coyote, multicam or similar colors...
-
The medical patch is carefully made – the material feels durable, and the laser finishing looks neat and solid. The fluorescent cross indeed increases visibility in low lighting, which turns out to be useful in the field. The Velcro holds firmly, so it's easy to attach it both to clothing and a backpack.
-
Hard to add too much for a very simple product, but it is a high quality patch meets my requirements. I have different versions for different IFAKs, but I wanted the stealthy nature of this colourway.
-
I have the Ranger Green/Black version on my medical pouch as I didn't want anything bright on my kit. Patch is high quality and it's a good size and I think the price is very reasonable.
-
Very high-quality workmanship, eye-catching and visually appealing. Nice and sturdy and flat, with rounded corners so you don't get caught. Especially elegant on black Velcro surfaces.
-
Excellent build quality. Already flat, and unlike neoprene/plastic patches, you almost never get caught on anything. Especially on black Velcro surfaces, it looks classy, striking enough but visually not unpleasant. The glow-in-the-dark function works very well.
-
The patch is well sewn from durable material, it's not coming apart at the moment, but time will tell how it holds up. The dimensions match the description and the shipment arrived very quickly and without any problems.
-
I highly recommend this product. It is made of high-quality materials and is precisely sewn. I am glad that I decided to buy it in all color variants, because it looks great in my gear.
-
For this price, the patch should be a bit bigger (or cost less). Other than that, it is solidly made – there are no loose threads, uneven edges, or defects on the cross.
-
Well-made patch at a reasonable price. I bought it for my first aid kit as a replacement because the previous one with a red cross was too visible.
-
Velcro is perfectly made, even an old pouch became a decent first aid kit ;) After exposure to sunlight, it glows nicely, making it easier to locate the equipment.
