First aid kit sold without equipment.
Durable construction using Cordura Squadron, Tegris, and Hypalon
The first aid kit is made of Cordura Squadron material, a modern nylon with high resistance to abrasion, tearing, and heavy use. To increase the rigidity and durability of the construction, Tegris composite, a lightweight thermoplastic material with exceptional mechanical strength, is used. The internal organizer is made of Hypalon, resistant to moisture, UV radiation, and mechanical damage. Thanks to the materials used, the first aid kit withstands heavy use and contact with moisture and dirt.
Equipment organization and mounting system
The first aid kit with dimensions of 20.5 × 14 × 4 cm maintains a compact shape, facilitating equipment organization and transport. The whole unit is closed with a velcro flap, allowing quick access to the interior. The internal organizer, based on a perforation system and adjustable, elastic cords, provides stable mounting for equipment elements. In the central part, there is an elastic strap for holding medical gloves or similarly sized items, and there are designated spots on the sides for a marker or pen and a tactical tourniquet holder. The front features a scissors pocket, secured with a rubber snap to prevent accidental dislodging.

The velcro panel is an area with sewn-on Velcro tape that allows easy attachment of various additional items, such as patches or pockets.
Cordura Squadron is a thick and durable material consisting of a double layer of laminated Cordura (500D and 1000D). The specific fiber structure provides very good mechanical resistance (to abrasions and tears), high water resistance and durability even in extreme conditions. The material is used in the production of clothing, tactical equipment (e.g. MOLLE systems) and outdoor equipment, and is suitable for laser cutting, which allows precise cutting without fraying.
Hypalon is a synthetic rubber material with high resistance to weathering, chemicals and UV radiation. This rubber-textile composite is often used for exterior components that require high durability, such as pontoons.
