MOLLE mounting system, Laser Cut technology
The side components incorporate a MOLLE mounting system with Laser Cut technology, permitting the attachment of extra gear. The module is secured to the tactical belt by weaving through the MOLLE system slots, ensuring stability and allowing for further integration of gear with the belt. The main section of the attachment is crafted from 500D Cordura, bolstered with thermoplastic Tegris composite placed between two fabric layers.
Woojin Grip Toggle tape with frame, fastex Due Emme 2M buckles
The protector's bottom section comes equipped with a Woojin Grip Toggle tape with frame, designed for extra attachment to the tactical belt while allowing free use of MOLLE system slots. LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.
