Medical backpack constructed from Cordura, known for its durability and resistance to abrasion. The structure is designed for the safe and efficient transport of medical supplies. Durable construction, Cordura, YKK zippers
The backpack is made from durable fabrics Cordura Squadron and 500D Cordura, and its bottom is reinforced with abrasion-resistant 1000D Cordura, additionally uses YKK zippers, Woojin buckles and Murdock tapes. The materials used ensure high durability and resistance during intensive use.
External pockets
The backpack features two external organizational pockets; the upper one includes an outlet for disposable gloves, and the lower one is equipped with a MOLLE system for attaching extra gear. At the top, there's a dedicated pocket for rescue scissors, while the sides boast four elastic pockets specifically designed for CAT-type tourniquets, each complemented by an additional marker holder. A flat mesh pocket is located at the back. Moreover, a sewn-in pocket at the bottom accommodates a rescue blanket or lightweight stretcher.
Internal pockets, removable organizers
The backpack includes two large compartments secured with zippers. The front compartment is equipped with a transparent organization system: featuring three clear pockets, two mesh separators, and Velcro panels, allowing the arrangement of inserts as per the MARCH algorithm (according to the Tactical Combat Casualty Care concept known as TCCC). The rear compartment is designed with a special, detachable panel with elastic holders for ampoules and other small gear. The outside of the panel is crafted from durable Oxford fabric, while the inside is lined with Velcro material. The entire setup is reinforced with Tegris thermoplastic composite and EVA foam to enhance durability and protect the contents. Both compartments open fully, providing swift access to the contents during emergency situations.
Carrying system
The carrying system consists of adjustable, ergonomically shaped shoulder straps with a chest strap and a waist belt. The back part of the backpack is lined with spacer mesh, which improves air circulation and enhances carrying comfort. Solid transport handles are placed at the top and sides, facilitating transportation and carrying.

YKK zippers are high-quality zippers commonly used in clothing and accessories, manufactured by the Japanese YKK Corporation - one of the world's largest zipper manufacturers.
Cordura Squadron is a thick and durable material consisting of a double layer of laminated Cordura (500D and 1000D). The specific fiber structure provides very good mechanical resistance (to abrasions and tears), high water resistance and durability even in extreme conditions. The material is used in the production of clothing, tactical equipment (e.g. MOLLE systems) and outdoor equipment, and is suitable for laser cutting, which allows precise cutting without fraying.
