The Plate Carrier tactical vest is crafted from robust 500D Cordura and includes front and back panels designed to accommodate US ESAPI Medium 31.8 x 24.1 cm compliant ballistic inserts with slanted top corners. It is particularly beneficial for military personnel and other uniformed groups, and it will also appeal to experienced ASG players.
An administrative panel, secured with a waterproof YKK Aqua-Guard zipper, is located on the front of the vest. The Gen. II variant features a specially designed front panel fully compatible with MOLLE systems, enabling equipment attachment and complete user customization.
Positioned at chest level, a velcro panel allows for the addition of patches or emblems. It is entirely compatible with MOLLE systems, facilitating equipment attachment and enabling full customization for users.
The vest's fit is adjusted by elastic cords concealed under the back panel and adjustable Velcro straps located on the shoulders. Shock-absorbing distance mesh inserts inside the vest further promote air circulation. Ergonomic shoulder straps provide superior comfort.
For easy transport, an escape handle is placed on velcro panels at the upper part of the back.
Durable Duraflex quick release buckles are used in the cummerbund. PALS webbing on the back and cummerbund allows pouches to be arranged according to users' preferences. The skeletal design of the cummerbund significantly reduces weight and accommodates additional pouches.
