A tactical hip bag featuring a main compartment crafted in line with the MARCH tactical rescue protocol. Its ergonomic construction is designed to carry essential medical supplies in emergency situations. Constructed from durable 500D Cordura.
The top of the main compartment opens using two two-way YKK zippers, providing swift access to the contents. Following the Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) framework of the MARCH protocol (massive hemorrhage, airway, respirations, circulation, head injury/hypothermia), the sides and rear areas of the main compartment are prepared to hold medical gear for the initial level of support, which is M - massive hemorrhage. The flap and front section accommodate the second and third levels, i.e., A and R - airway and respiration. Interior mesh pockets are designed for gear corresponding to the final levels of care, namely C - circulatory system and H - head injuries and/or hypothermia.
The front of the bag is equipped with a fastex buckle-secured flat pocket for emergency scissors. On the sides, there are 4 pouches for tactical tourniquets, sealed with velcro flaps. An integrated pouch within the pivoting flap houses medical gloves, while sewn-in elastic bands secure and stabilize smaller tools. Both front and rear pockets are intended for carrying bracing rails. At the base of the bag, a strap is designed for stretcher attachment and the front includes a NAR fall protection cord.
The adjustable carrying strap facilitates transport of the bag on the shoulder or waist, utilizing a fastex buckle. The bag does not come with the equipment depicted in the photos.
