The cover is strong and durable, I use it for various canteens, it's constantly in use and works well. It's truly a sturdy product. For extra security, I additionally sewed the lower ends of the carrying straps.

Military liter canteen cover constructed from abrasion-resistant 600D polyester with a waterproof PVC coating. Designed with the MOLLE/PALS system, allowing it to be attached to tactical vests, backpacks, or belts with ease. Two straps secured with snaps are located at the back.
The pouch closes with two press studs. Reinforced stitching along the bottom enhances durability and prevents damage. The interior is lined with soft synthetic plush, providing thermal insulation to maintain the temperature of beverages and protect them from freezing. A drainage hole at the bottom facilitates moisture escape.

The canteen cover is solidly made – the snaps hold tightly, but in my opinion it's a bit too big for a US canteen and definitely too small for a FR canteen. Nevertheless, it fits a canteen, a cup, a cooking stand, and a US lid.

A set consisting of an MFH mug, MFH lid, and MFH base, together with a Nalgene Oasis 1l bottle, placed in an M-Tac pouch on a Wisport Sparrow 30l backpack and attached with the MOLLE system, I really liked it. In my opinion, this is the best set I could currently imagine. I highly recommend such a kit.
