The microscope's head is tilted at a 45-degree angle and also allows 360-degree rotation for convenience during prolonged observation.

The microscope has two LEDs with infinitely adjustable light intensity, which allow observation of both slightly and highly transparent samples. With the ability to be powered by two AA batteries, the microscope is suitable for use in the field. It is also possible to power the microscope with the included AC adapter.
