I agree, once you attach it to the belt it holds very firmly and doesn't slip, which is definitely an advantage. You can see that the manufacturer designed the closure well, comparable to the molle system.

So far I haven't found anything better for carrying the Raptor, but taking it off the belt is really a pain. It holds very firmly, but I guess that's the point, so it doesn't slip off by itself.
