The upper is made of durable suede leather and reinforced with a full rubber rand, which protects against mechanical damage when in contact with rocks or rubble. A stable shank provides light midfoot support, increasing step control without making the construction overly stiff.

The waterproof and breathable Keen Dry membrane protects the foot from external moisture while also improving the release of water vapor from inside the footwear. It helps maintain a more comfortable microclimate throughout the year. The material used does not contain harmful PFAS chemicals.

The construction features a removable contoured insole that provides shock absorption and additionally helps maintain proper dryness inside the shoe.

Stable movement in the field is ensured by the rubber Keen All Terrain outsole with 5 mm multidirectional lugs, which stands out for its very good traction on various types of surfaces. The foam midsole provides light, comfortable cushioning while walking.
