Diamond grinding stone compatible with Kazak sharpening systems. It can also be used with systems from other manufacturers such as Ganzo, Riuxin, Sy-tools, Hapstone, Apex and TSPROF. The 800 grit works well for ongoing sharpening of slightly dulled knives and gives optimal working sharpness.
The abrasive layer is a synthetic diamond set on a steel plate, while the body is made of plastic.
The stone can be used both dry and with water or sharpening oil.
